We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so here are our refund conditions should you need to cancel your participation.

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before the event: Refund of 75% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before the event : No refund.

To request a refund, send an e-mail to "alumni@rennes-sb.com". The date of receipt of your e-mail will be taken as proof. Include your booking details and you will receive confirmation within 10 days that your request has been processed.

Requests for exceptional circumstances will be examined on a case-by-case basis with supporting documents.
